The Professional Courses are a secondary education path with double certification, that is, in which social, scientific and professional skills necessary for the exercise of a professional activity are developed and, simultaneously, the secondary level of education is obtained.
These courses prepare young people for an easier and more qualified insertion in the labour market and allow them to carry out studies at post-secondary level and higher education.

Education and Training Courses
Education and Training Courses (CEF – Cursos de Educação e Formação) are professional exit paths dedicated to youths between 15 to 18 years of age in risk of early dropout, who haven’t completed elementary education.

The Sciences and Technology Course for secundary education (Ensino Recorrente) guarantees a new opportunity for those who did not complete the school years at a proper age, for those who dropped out from the educational system and for those who look for cultural and professional promotion reasons. Education with individual and personalized support with a specialized and dedicated team in different areas. Preparation for the National Exams with a reduced number of students.
